About Vaughn
Vaughn is a lifelong resident of Lexington, KY. His first professional job was while he was still in school, working for the Design Construction Department of Long Johns Silver, a fast food chain based in Lexington.
Vaughn then went to work for an A|E firm that did similar work in 1978 and worked there until he co-founded The Roberts Group, PSC, in 1990. He has held up to 45 state PE registrations and has worked in all of those states for various national companies.
He has been married to his loving wife, Carol, for over 45 years. Together, they have two adult kids and four grandkids. He enjoys spending time with his family and having lunch on Sunday after attending worship services that morning.
