Project Overview
Yard House-NYC was a renovation project located at the southeast corner of West 41st Street at 1441 Broadway in Times Square, Manhattan.
TRG was hired to renovate and repurpose the cellar, first and second floors, from a retail space into a full-service restaurant with two kitchens, two bars, and a second-floor mezzanine.
1441 Broadway, a.k.a. 10 Times Square, was built in 1929 at a height of 375 ft with 33 stories and a total gross area of 478,969 sf.
Our portion of the building spanned three floors, with an additional mezzanine on the second floor, totaling 21,100 square feet.
TRG was tasked with developing the architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical construction documents and worked closely with the building’s structural engineers, building managers, and general contractor to add two elevators, a keg lift, and five stairs to connect all the spaces.
