TRG provided full-service consulting on this project, including due diligence (site investigation, environmental studies, geotechnical studies, surveying and concept approvals through the City of Covington).
The site was three acres, and TRG provided civil and landscape services, including several water quality basins and stormwater detention.
TRG completed complete construction documents for the building, including architectural, structural (consultant), mechanical, plumbing and electrical design.
TRG assisted the owner with project close-out and final as-builts for the City of Covington.
