Project Overview
TRG worked with Regions Bank to redevelop a city block in downtown Clayton, MO.
The project’s timeline spanned nearly two years, from inception to the completion of construction. TRG took the lightly used existing parking lot and redeveloped it into two buildings and a freestanding video teller drive-through area.
One building was for the bank branch, and the other was for three retail spaces. TRG’s work included due diligence, which involved site investigation, environmental studies, geotechnical studies, surveying, and obtaining concept approvals through the Planning Commission and Historic Commission.
Additionally, meetings were held with neighbors to secure concept approvals from the City of Clayton. TRG then completed Construction Documents and processed those for full approvals and permits.
TRG provided complete construction administration with regular site visits. TRG completed the final punch for the project and assisted the owner with project closeout.
